PRODUCT & TECHNICAL SPECS
The ForgeBox™ features an overall outer bounding envelope of 16.0″ Length x 10.5″ Width x 5.5″ Height. The interior working clearance is 14.5″ Length x 8.5″ Width x 3.5″ Height, providing optimized vertical space to house both high-volume dry flies and deep-cavity streamer patterns safely.
The main outer case shell and heavy-duty structural lid are injection-molded from premium, High-Impact ABS polymer. This ensures maximum structural rigidity and drop-protection even in freezing or blistering backcountry conditions. Internal modular trays leverage durable, transparent Clarified Polypropylene so you can instantly view your patterns without lifting a single lid.
Yes. The ForgeBox™ features a continuous EPDM/Silicone tongue-and-groove compression gasket running the entire perimeter of the lid channel. When clamped down by our dual-stage cam-action compression latches, the system achieves a targeted IP67 dustproof and waterproof rating, ensuring your flies stay dry even if the box takes a plunge down a river rapid.
The lower chassis of the box features an integrated interior indexing rail track. This allows you to slide, lock, and swap individual specialized modular trays—such as the Day Tray™, our high-density EVA foam Fly Modules, or the extra-deep Streamer Vault—to instantly customize your setup for Trout, Bass, Predator, or Saltwater excursions.
WARRANTY & REPLACEMENTS
We stand unyieldingly behind our craftsmanship. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty guarantees the structural integrity of the high-impact ABS case shell and lid against cracking, splitting, or material defects under normal angling conditions. High-wear moving mechanical items—including our dual-stage compression latches, stainless steel hinge pins, and the perimeter waterproof gasket—are fully covered under a 3-Year Limited Warranty.
