Welcome to IronForge Outdoors™. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the IronForge Outdoors website and your purchase or use of products and services offered through the website.
IronForge Outdoors™ is a brand operated by IronForge Outdoors, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
1. About IronForge Outdoors
IronForge Outdoors, LLC is a Georgia limited liability company operating as an online-only retailer specializing in fly-fishing products, handcrafted flies, and related outdoor recreation merchandise.
IronForge Outdoors does not manufacture all products offered through its website.
Certain handcrafted fly-fishing products sold through IronForge Outdoors are manufactured and supplied on a wholesale basis by K-Tied Flies, LLC, an independent Colorado limited liability company.
K-Tied Flies, LLC is a separate and independent business from IronForge Outdoors, LLC.
Products identified as handcrafted or made in Cañon City, Colorado refer to the location where those products are manufactured or hand-tied by K-Tied Flies, LLC. Such references do not represent the business location of IronForge Outdoors, LLC.
2. Independent Manufacturer & Supplier Relationship
IronForge Outdoors, LLC purchases certain products from independent manufacturers and suppliers for resale to customers.
K-Tied Flies, LLC is an independent wholesale manufacturer and supplier of certain handcrafted flies sold by IronForge Outdoors.
K-Tied Flies, LLC is not an employee, partner, joint venturer, subsidiary, division, or agent of IronForge Outdoors, LLC unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.
IronForge Outdoors purchases applicable products from K-Tied Flies, LLC on a wholesale basis and resells those products directly to customers through its online retail channels.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the customer’s purchase agreement is with IronForge Outdoors, LLC, and not directly with K-Tied Flies, LLC.
The use of a manufacturer’s name, manufacturing location, artisan attribution, or product-origin statement does not create a direct contractual relationship between the customer and the manufacturer.
3. Handcrafted Products
Our handcrafted flies are individually manufactured and hand tied.
Because of the handcrafted nature of these products, reasonable variations in appearance, materials, color, proportions, construction, and finish may occur between individual products.
These variations are inherent characteristics of handmade products and are not necessarily defects.
4. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
Violate applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems
Interfere with website operation
Introduce malicious code or harmful software
Use automated systems in a manner that damages or unreasonably burdens the website
Impersonate another person or entity
Submit fraudulent information
Use our content or intellectual property without authorization

5. Product Descriptions

6. Handmade Product Variations
Because our handcrafted flies are individually tied, no two flies may be perfectly identical.
Minor differences in:
Materials
Color
Proportion
Thread wraps
Feather placement
Hair or fiber distribution
Finish
Overall appearance
may occur.
Such variations are considered normal characteristics of handcrafted products.
7. Pricing
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, product descriptions, or other inaccuracies.
If an order is affected by a significant pricing error, we may cancel the order and provide a refund of any amount paid.
8. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
An order is not necessarily accepted until IronForge Outdoors confirms the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:
Product unavailability
Pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraud
Payment problems
Shipping restrictions
Unreasonable quantities
Violation of these Terms
Other legitimate business reasons
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Shipping times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery dates may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, supply-chain disruptions, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
IronForge Outdoors is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses supplied by customers.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the IronForge Outdoors Return Policy posted on the website.
Certain products may be subject to special return conditions because of their handcrafted nature, customization, hygiene considerations, or other legitimate business requirements.

You are responsible for evaluating conditions, understanding your own abilities, using appropriate safety equipment, following applicable laws and regulations, and making responsible decisions.
IronForge Outdoors products are not intended to eliminate or guarantee protection from the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities.
16. Compliance With Fishing Regulations
Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable federal, state, provincial, tribal, and local fishing laws and regulations.
This may include restrictions concerning:
Seasons
Species
Waters
Bait and tackle
Hook configurations
Artificial flies
Barbless hooks
Lead or other materials
Catch limits
Special regulations
IronForge Outdoors does not guarantee that a particular fly, pattern, hook, or product is legal for use in every jurisdiction.
Always consult the applicable fishing regulations before fishing.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
IronForge Outdoors makes no warranties that:
The website will always be available
The website will be uninterrupted or error-free
Product information will always be completely accurate
Products will meet every individual’s expectations

IronForge Outdoors shall not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, governmental actions, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, supply shortages, communications failures, cyber incidents, or other extraordinary circumstances.
