FORGE QUICK-ROLL™
THE HUMAN-POWERED TRAIL SYSTEM
GO FURTHER. CARRY MORE. NO ATV REQUIRED.
The Forge Quick-Roll™ Trail Cart extends the ForgeBase™ ecosystem beyond motorized access, giving anglers, hikers, campers, hunters, and outdoor enthusiasts a rugged way to move their fully equipped ForgeBase into places where ATVs aren’t available—or simply aren’t allowed.
Built around the same Forge Quick-Lock™ interface used by the ForgeBase ATV and Truck Mount systems, the Quick-Roll™ transforms the ForgeBase from a vehicle-mounted field system into a human-powered backcountry transport platform.
No engine. No fuel. No trailer.
Just load your ForgeBase, snap it into place, grab the handle, and head down the trail.
ONE FORGEBASE™. MORE WAYS TO GET THERE.
The Forge Quick-Roll™ is designed for the outdoor enthusiast who wants the carrying capacity and organization of the ForgeBase system without depending on an ATV.
A typical adventure might look like this:
TRUCK
Transport your ForgeBase to the trailhead.
↓
QUICK-LOCK
Release the ForgeBase from the truck and connect it to the Quick-Roll™.
↓
TRAIL
Pull your complete field system wherever you’re permitted to travel.
↓
BACKCOUNTRY
Set up at the river, campsite, hunting location, or remote destination.
The equipment stays organized throughout the journey.
No repacking. No transferring individual pieces. No leaving essential gear behind.
DESIGNED AROUND THE FORGEBASE™
The Quick-Roll™ isn’t a generic utility wagon adapted to carry a ForgeBase.
It is designed specifically around the ForgeBase platform.
The cart incorporates the Forge Quick-Lock™ mounting interface, allowing the ForgeBase to connect securely and quickly while maintaining the same fundamental equipment configuration you’ve already established.
Your ForgeBase can therefore move between:
Forge Quick-Lock™ Truck Mount
Forge Quick-Lock™ ATV Mount
Forge Quick-Roll™ Trail Cart
ONE SYSTEM. MULTIPLE PLATFORMS.
FOUR-WHEEL ALL-TERRAIN DESIGN
The Quick-Roll™ uses a four-wheel configuration to provide a stable foundation for carrying substantial loads over uneven ground.
Large pneumatic all-terrain tires are designed to absorb and conform to irregular surfaces while providing useful ground clearance over:
Gravel
Dirt
Roots
Rocks
Rough trails
Muddy terrain
Uneven campsites
River access areas
The wide wheelbase helps keep the load stable while you’re maneuvering through changing terrain.
STABLE. RUGGED. TRAIL-READY.
THE AUTOMATIC HANDLE BRAKE
One of the defining features of the Forge Quick-Roll™ is its spring-loaded, handle-activated braking concept.
The system is designed around a simple principle:
LET GO. IT STOPS.
When the handle is in the upright position, the brake mechanism engages the fixed wheels.
When the handle is deliberately pulled into the towing position, the brake disengages and the cart is free to roll.
HANDLE UP
Brake engaged
HANDLE DOWN
Brake released
This provides a convenient parking brake while also creating a dead-man-style safety feature for the operator.
If you’re pulling the cart downhill and lose control, the natural action of releasing the handle is intended to cause the brake to engage rather than allowing the cart to continue rolling freely.
The production design should be engineered and tested to determine the appropriate brake geometry, materials, stopping distance, maximum load, and performance across grades and surface conditions before specific stopping-performance claims are made.
PARK IT. WALK AWAY.
The automatic brake also makes everyday use simpler.
When you reach the river, campsite, overlook, or trail destination:
Release the handle.
The handle returns toward its parked position and the brake engages.
That means you don’t have to remember to find a separate brake lever or manually engage a parking mechanism every time you stop.
PARK. SECURE. SET UP.
ADJUSTABLE, FOLDING HANDLE
The pull handle is designed to accommodate different users and terrain conditions while providing a comfortable towing position.
The concept includes:
Spring-loaded handle operation
Adjustable handle height
Ergonomic grip
Folding capability for transport and storage
Positive operating positions
Integrated brake linkage
The folding design also helps reduce the cart’s footprint when it is being transported or stored.
BUILT FOR REAL-WORLD BACKCOUNTRY USE
The Quick-Roll™ is intended to operate in environments where conventional lightweight wagons may struggle.
Its design incorporates:
Heavy-duty frame construction
Four-wheel configuration
Pneumatic all-terrain tires
Rugged mounting structure
Vibration-resistant components
Replaceable tires and wear components
Low center of gravity
High ground clearance
Integrated Forge Quick-Lock™ connection
Automatic handle brake
The objective is a cart that feels like an IronForge field tool, not a recreational wagon.
THE FORGE QUICK-ROLL™ ADVANTAGE
The biggest advantage isn’t simply that you can pull a cart.
It’s that you can move an entire organized field system without breaking it apart.
Your ForgeBase can already contain:
ForgeBox™
ForgePak™
Midstream™
Emergency equipment
Recovery equipment
Tire repair equipment
Field tools
Personal equipment
Rod storage
Additional adventure-specific gear
Instead of carrying those items individually down the trail, the Quick-Roll™ allows the entire ForgeBase to come with you.
CARRY THE SYSTEM. NOT THE BURDEN.
FOR THE PLACES ATVs CAN’T GO
The Quick-Roll™ is particularly useful where motorized access isn’t practical or permitted.
It’s designed for:
Hiking-access fishing areas
Public trails
River corridors
Campsites
Remote lakes
Park environments
Backcountry access points
Private properties
Areas with motorized-vehicle restrictions
Anglers who don’t own an ATV
Outdoor enthusiasts who prefer human-powered access
It also gives ATV owners another option.
You don’t necessarily need to ride the ATV all the way to your destination.
Sometimes the better approach is:
Ride to the trailhead.
Deploy the Quick-Roll™.
Walk the rest of the way.
YOUR ADVENTURE DOESN’T NEED AN ENGINE
The Forge Quick-Roll™ embodies a simple IronForge Outdoors philosophy:
GO FURTHER.
CARRY MORE.
EXPLORE MORE.
Whether you’re hiking to a secluded trout stream, setting up a remote campsite, accessing a backcountry hunting location, or simply taking your equipment farther than you want to carry it, the Quick-Roll™ gives you another way to get there.
And because it uses the ForgeBase™ system, you’re not starting over when the vehicle ends.
TRUCK → ATV → TRAIL → BACKCOUNTRY
The platform changes. Your ForgeBase doesn’t.
