FORGEBASE™ ADVENTURE OUTFITTER
THE COMPLETE BACKCOUNTRY OUTFITTING SYSTEM
Your Adventure. Your Gear. Our System.
The ForgeBase™ Adventure Outfitter is the ultimate expression of the IronForge Outdoors off-road equipment platform—a complete, modular backcountry system designed for anglers, hunters, explorers, campers, and outdoor enthusiasts who refuse to be limited by the end of the road.
Built around the rugged ForgeBase™ field case, the Adventure Outfitter combines protected storage, intelligent organization, emergency preparedness, vehicle mobility, and field-service capability into one integrated system. It is designed to move with you from truck to ATV to backcountry, allowing you to transport more of what you need to remote locations without constantly repacking individual pieces of equipment.
The Adventure Outfitter provides the system. You provide the gear that makes your adventure yours.
ONE SYSTEM. MULTIPLE PLATFORMS. ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES.
The Adventure Outfitter is built around a simple idea: your equipment should move as a system.
Load your ForgeBase™ into your truck using the optional ForgeBase™ Truck Bed Adapter, transport it to the trailhead, transfer it to your ATV using the ForgeBase™ Quick-Lock ATV Mount, and head beyond the road with your complete field system already organized and protected.
There is no need to unpack your fishing equipment, emergency supplies, tools, recovery equipment, and personal gear simply to change vehicles.
Load it. Lock it. Move it. Go.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
ForgeBase Core™
The foundation of the Adventure Outfitter is the ForgeBase Core™—a rugged, weather-resistant, ATV-ready field case engineered to protect and organize the equipment you choose to carry.
ForgeBase target dimensions:
32″ L × 18″ W × 11.5″ H
The Core provides the protected platform and organizational framework for the complete system while remaining useful as a standalone field case.
ForgeBox™ — Empty
The ForgeBox™, The Ultimate Fly-Fishing Field System, is included as an empty, ready-to-configure component.
Its modular design allows you to organize your own flies, terminal tackle, tools, accessories, and essential fishing equipment according to your individual fishing style.
Your flies. Your tackle. Your system.
ForgePak™ — Empty
The ForgePak™, Your Mobile Fly Shop, provides a wearable organization and storage platform for the angler who needs essential equipment accessible while moving through the backcountry.
The Adventure Outfitter supplies the ForgePak empty so you can configure it around the equipment you actually use.
Midstream™ — Empty
The Midstream™, The Tie-On-The-Fly System, is supplied as a separate, empty wearable system.
Designed around the philosophy:
STOP. TIE. FISH.
The Midstream puts your tying station and essential equipment where you need them without requiring you to leave the river every time conditions change.
Integrated Rod Storage
ForgeBase incorporates dedicated rod-storage capability within the lid architecture.
The system is designed around broken-down rod sections, allowing you to transport rods efficiently without dedicating the entire interior of the case to rod storage.
Rods and reels are not included.
BACKCOUNTRY SUPPORT SYSTEM
Where the fishing systems are intentionally supplied empty, the Adventure Outfitter takes a different approach with the equipment intended to keep you moving when things don’t go according to plan.
The package includes fully equipped backcountry support systems for emergency preparedness, recovery, field repair, and mobility.
Backcountry Emergency Kit
A dedicated emergency/survival equipment area provides essential preparedness capability for remote travel.
Tire Repair & Inflation Kit
Designed to address common tire-related problems encountered during ATV and backcountry travel.
Recovery Strap & Soft Shackle Kit
Provides recovery equipment for situations where an ATV or other equipment needs assistance getting out of difficult terrain.
Field Repair / Tool Kit
A dedicated field-service capability provides tools and repair equipment for addressing equipment problems away from the garage or workshop.
LED Task Light & Fold-Down Workstation
An integrated lighting and work area provides practical illumination and a convenient surface for field tasks, repairs, equipment adjustments, or general backcountry work.
MODULAR BY DESIGN
The Adventure Outfitter isn’t a one-size-fits-all equipment loadout.
Inside the ForgeBase, adjustable and removable dividers allow you to configure the available space around the equipment you actually carry.
As your adventures change, your configuration can change with them.
Fishing trip? Configure for fishing.
Remote camping? Reconfigure for camp equipment.
Backcountry exploration? Increase your emergency and repair capacity.
Multi-day expedition? Build the system around the equipment required for the trip.
The ForgeBase adapts to the mission—not the other way around.
YOUR FISHING. YOUR TECHNIQUE. YOUR GEAR.
IronForge Outdoors deliberately does not supply flies or tackle as part of the Adventure Outfitter.
Every angler fishes differently.
Fly selection, terminal tackle, rigging, techniques, preferred tools, equipment, and approach to the water are personal choices. What works for one fisherman may be completely wrong for another.
Rather than forcing an arbitrary fishing loadout into the system, IronForge provides the organization, protection, mobility, and field infrastructure.
You bring the knowledge and equipment you trust.
WE BUILD THE SYSTEM.
YOU MAKE IT YOURS.
ENGINEERED FOR THE TRANSITION FROM ROAD TO BACKCOUNTRY
The Adventure Outfitter is designed around a natural progression:
1. TRUCK
Transport your fully configured ForgeBase to the trailhead or remote access point.
2. QUICK-RELEASE
Release the ForgeBase from its truck mounting platform without dismantling your equipment.
3. ATV
Snap the ForgeBase into the ForgeBase™ Quick-Lock ATV Mount.
4. LOCK
The positive-lock mounting system secures the ForgeBase to the ATV while vibration-resistant mounting components help keep the system stable over rough terrain.
5. GO
Ride beyond conventional vehicle access and bring your complete field system with you.
THE QUICK-LOCK ADVANTAGE
The ForgeBase platform is being developed around a standardized Quick-Lock mounting interface.
That means the ForgeBase itself doesn’t have to change when you change platforms.
The same core case can move between compatible mounting systems while maintaining the same fundamental equipment configuration.
TRUCK → ATV → BACKCOUNTRY
One case. Multiple platforms. Zero repacks.
The optional ForgeBase™ Truck Bed Adapter uses a telescoping architecture designed to accommodate varying truck-bed widths, while the ATV system provides a dedicated Quick-Lock mounting interface.
The goal is simple:
Move the ForgeBase—not your entire loadout.
BUILT FOR THE WAY ADVENTURES ACTUALLY HAPPEN
Remote adventures rarely follow a perfectly predictable plan.
A tire can go flat.
Equipment can break.
Weather can change.
A trail can become impassable.
A fishing location can be farther from the trailhead than expected.
The Adventure Outfitter is designed around those realities.
Instead of carrying your fishing equipment in one container, recovery equipment in another, tools somewhere else, and emergency supplies scattered throughout the vehicle, the ForgeBase system gives you a dedicated platform for bringing your essential field capabilities together.
Organized equipment is easier to access.
Accessible equipment is easier to use.
And the equipment you have with you is the equipment you can actually depend on.
